Job summary

Anaheim Union High School District is seeking an Information Systems Specialist I to support the Student Information System (SIS) and related applications. Under the CTO, you will handle data processing, training, testing, and maintenance, and serve as a resource for district staff on data retrieval and input.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting data integrity, generating reports, managing CALPADS data, creating user accounts, and assisting with CALPADS submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with college-level CS coursework.
• Three years of experience in data processing and SQL usage.
• Knowledge of CALPADS data and large-scale student information systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains annual calendars for deadlines and data processes.
• Generates and distributes SIS-related reports for student services.
• Provides SIS user training and technical support to District staff.
• Troubleshoots data integrity errors and defines corrective actions.
• Manages CALPADS data submissions and user accounts in SIS.
