Job summary

The Bucks County Intermediate Unit is seeking a Student Data Specialist to support Residential Treatment Facilities programs, coordinating data, audits and enrollment processes for students in IU classrooms.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of admin experience, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills. On-site work is expected in the Bucks IU Administrative Office with a typical 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree beneficial.
• Minimum three (3) years’ administrative experience.
• Advanced computer competency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and the ability to learn other software as needed.
• Ability to create, manage and edit spreadsheets and various reports.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish goals and to problem solve.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site attendance and ensure reliable presence.
• Audit special needs records for compliance with mandates.
• Collaborate with departments to review data for accuracy.
• Process admissions, enrollments, withdrawals for RTF programs.
• Liaise with residential facilities and districts for accurate student data.
• Prepare documentation for facility audits.
• Generate attendance, referrals, PDE-4605 processes and reports.
• Provide guidance on technical support and IEP processes.
