Job summary

Saint Leo University seeks a motivated part-time staff member to support the Office of Institutional Research. You will collect and analyze data from various sources, assist with surveys, organize materials, and help prepare reports. Training will be provided to develop valued data skills.

Responsibilities include data extraction, dataset assembly, cleaning, coding, and routine office tasks. Strong Excel and numerical abilities, plus good communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills are a must

Responsibilities

• Assist Office of Institutional Research with daily operations
• Conduct data extraction/collection and assemble datasets
• Perform data cleaning and transcription/coding
• Support data analysis and report writing
• Handle general office tasks (word processing, filing, data entry)
• Pickup and delivery of mail and other items
