Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Experience in institutional research or institutional effectiveness.
• Familiarity with higher education data structures and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and research; advise on survey design.
• Prepare data for academic portfolio and program review.
• Analyze student outcomes, enrollment, retention, graduation trends.
• Prepare reports and projections to support decisions.
• Compile statutory and accreditor reports (IPEDS, MO Higher Education, HLC).
• Extract data from university systems; validate accuracy.
• Create reproducible data workflows and dashboards.
• Develop Tableau/Power BI visualizations for insights.
