Job summary

Davenport University is seeking a part-time Data Reporting Assistant for the Grand Rapids Lettinga Campus to assist with data handling for prospective and current students. You will coordinate, enter, and maintain critical data across databases and generate reports to improve enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and meet the standards of academic progress.
• Strong attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
• CRM software or Data Entry experience helpful but not required.
• Positive organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the department's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Data Processing (Managing Applications, Generate Acceptance/Denial Letters/Packets, Entry of Lead Cards and Test Scores).
• Identifying and resolving duplicate Leads and Applications within Salesforce/Banner.
• Create and run Reports within Salesforce.
• Data integrity and process optimization within Salesforce.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement efforts of the Enrollment Operations Center, provide suggestions for improvement and participate in the implementation of new solutions.
• Provide administrative support to the Lead Management Team.
• Provides great customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers.
• Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies. This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations.
• Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
