Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years data entry or one year direct data-related work experience.
• NC Association of Education Office Professionals certification preferred.
• Must maintain a NC Driver’s License.
• Other qualifications may be determined acceptable by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the student data management system.
• Prepare customized reports for school administrators and State DPI.
• Record electronic files, attendance data, and tardy/early lists.
• Generate reports for accountability (ABC’s) and district needs.
• Coordinate user security within the student information system.
• Attend trainings to stay current on database management.
