Job summary

Ensign College is seeking a Student Success Data Assistant to support data needs across Student Success Services. You will import, clean, and organize data from institutional databases, run basic statistics, and build dashboards in Excel or Power BI.

You will prepare weekly reports, maintain surveys, plan focus groups, and assist with data governance and confidentiality (FERPA). Flexible 15-19 hours weekly with starting pay $15 per hour, with potential $.25 raise each semester based on merit.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with database software and FERPA requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Import, merge, clean, and organize data from databases and surveys.
• Create dashboards and charts in Excel or Power BI.
• Prepare weekly student success spreadsheets and reports for leadership.
• Plan and conduct focus groups and manage surveys and outcomes.
