Job summary

Ensign College is seeking a Student Employee - Data Analyst to support the Manager of Data & Analysis Services. The role involves organizing, analyzing, and storing data, plus creating dashboards using Power BI or other tools.

You will collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting on campus. The position offers part-time hours (12–15 per week, up to 19), starting at $14.00 per hour with potential increases based on merit each semester.

Qualifications

• Proficient with SQL for data extraction and basic data manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables and formulas.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau and data visualization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Research, clean, and analyze data for diverse projects.
• Create dashboard visualizations to track student and institutional progress.
