Job summary

Ensign College seeks a Director of Institutional Research, Analytics, and Reporting to guide institutional research, data governance, official reporting, analytics, and evidence-based decisions. The role reports to the Assistant to the President for Strategy, Planning, and Assessment and leads the Data and Analysis Services function.

The Director will establish priorities, ensure accuracy and consistency of IPEDS, government and accreditation submissions, and provide decision support to college

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience.
• Proven ability to translate data findings into decisions for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional research aligned with KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Oversee data governance, definitions, and official reporting.
• Direct and develop the Data and Analysis Services team.
• Provide data-driven decision support for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with departments for data quality and ethical use.
