Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Student Data Manager for Darlington Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. The 205-day position involves gathering and inputting student data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate attendance and records in the designated software.

The role requires strong typing skills, at least one year of computer experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The incumbent will report to the Principal and perform standard office duties as part of the school

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and input data; generate reports; maintain student records in designated software; track student data and programs; respond to inquiries from students, parents, district staff, and SC State Department of Education and Federal Systems.
• Perform general office duties (answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail, copying, maintaining office machines).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
