Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Student Data Specialist at the University of Miami to support the Director, Data & Analytics with day-to-day data analytics and CRM functions for Hurricanes Athletics. You will gain hands-on experience in reporting, dashboards, and campaign tracking in a fast-paced college environment.

The role offers exposure to CRM data hygiene, data enrichment, and collaboration with sales and partnerships teams, with on-site responsibilities at the University of Miami.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, sport management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas) and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with large data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain findings simply.
• Experience with a CRM platform and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day data analytics and CRM functions for the Miami Hurricanes Athletics property.
• Audit, clean, deduplicate, and update CRM records for accuracy.
• Build and update reports and dashboards to surface insights for leadership and sales staff.
• Pull and analyze data from ticketing, donations, retail, and marketing sources.
• Track campaign performance and summarize results for stakeholders.
• Help prepare data-driven insights for partnership pitches and recaps.
• Support CRM training with user guides and documentation.
