Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience implementing crisis prevention and intervention strategies in educational settings.
• Ability to collect and analyze data on student visits and interventions.
• Strong collaboration with principals, teachers, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Model best-practice crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques with students in crisis.
• Provide a safe space for students to regain self-regulation and return to class.
• Collect data on visits, duration, intensity, and outcomes of interventions.
• Share data with school staff and MTSS team to inform supports.
• Support MTSS check-ins/outs and trauma-informed approaches.
