Qualificações

• Master’s degree in higher education administration or related field.
• Minimum five years in higher education admin with student conduct experience.
• Experience with conduct processes and educational conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision and administration for the student conduct process and case management.
• Lead hearings for student and organization conduct cases with sanctions.
• Oversee Maxient case documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with campus partners to support students in distress.
• Develop goals and objectives for the conduct office.
• Participate in crisis response, on-call rotations, and Title IX compliance.
• Deliver training for conduct officers and board members.
• Coordinate with Residence Life on conduct in housing.
