Job summary

The University of Toledo in Toledo, OH seeks a Seasonal Employee-Program Coordinator for Student Conduct & Community Standards. Reporting to the Director, you will assist in daily operation, resolve complaints under the Student Code, serve as Administrative Hearing Officer, and support training of hearing officers and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of graduate or professional experience in student conduct in a college or university setting.
• Awareness of FERPA, Clery, and Title IX.
• Experience with student conduct systems and advocacy.
• Understanding current issues and trends in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operation of the Student Conduct and Community Standards.
• Investigate and adjudicate policy violations for students and student groups.
• Manage incoming Student Conduct Reports.
• Provide advocacy with students in crisis.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training of hearing boards.
• Assist with compliance including Clery, FERPA, and Title IX.
• Prepare hearing materials and generate reports from Maxient.
• Participate in programming and campus committees.
