Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Seasonal Employee-Prog Coord for Student Conduct & Community Standards to support daily office operations within the CASE center. You will assist in resolving alleged violations, serve as an Administrative Hearing Officer, and help develop outreach programs campus-wide.

Responsibilities include coordinating hearings, training hearing officers, and producing reports from the Maxient system while collaborating across university divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or related field preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operation of the Student Conduct and Community Standards office.
• Investigate and adjudicate conduct policy violations for students and student groups.
• Prepare materials for hearings and assist with training of University Hearing Officers.
• Develop and implement outreach and programming, including conflict resolution initiatives.
• Generate reports/data using the conduct database and participate in committee work.
