• Bachelor's degree and program support experience.
• Strong organizational, written/oral communication, and multitasking skills along with a motivated, collaborative style suited to fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Administer certificate program application cycles and coordinate admissions.
• Help calibrate evaluation for consistency and manage acceptances and waitlists.
• Coordinate logistics for certificate sessions with speakers/facilitators.
• Track participant progress through completion and certificate presentation.
• Support program assessment and data reporting.
• Create written/visual communications for students, faculty, and staff.
• Support Grad PD events and contribute ideas for growth.
• Apply culturally responsive practices and foster an inclusive environment.
