Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking a part-time student employee to provide administrative support for Residence Life, Facilities, Maintenance and Resident Services at Salisbury University—University Park Apartments. The role includes on-call duties, move-in/out support, and front desk responsibilities.

The position requires being a current Salisbury University student, available after hours, and able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Current full-time student at Salisbury University.
• Maintain full-time enrollment and good standing with Salisbury University.
• Have a 2.5 GPA.
• Ability to be available after hours for the required weekly staff meeting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance across Residence Life, Facilities, Maintenance and Resident Services operations.
• Support move-in, move-out, facility tours and turn.
• Work up to 20 hours per week and participate in a duty rotation.
• Front Desk / Office responsibilities: answer desks, assist residents with work orders and lock-outs.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform administrative duties including incident reports and occupancy checks.
