TheStudent Choice & Intervention Scheduling Assistantprovides casual support to the administrative team responsible for secondary student-choice, intervention, and academic support periods. This position assists with routine scheduling activities related to student enrollment, placement, and weekly schedule adjustments within designated student support and choice opportunities. The role is intended to provide operational assistance and does not carry responsibility for the development, management, or oversight of the secondary master schedule, and it will be reviewed for renewal on an annual basis.
This casual position is expected to provide approximately5-8 hours per week of support and may be performed in addition to existing district responsibilities. Overtime may be considered, consistent with established work schedules and district procedures.
This is acasual, non-bargaining unit position and is not represented by any collective bargaining agreement. The position may be assigned in addition to an employee's existing responsibilities, subject to administrative approval. The role serves in a support capacity only and does not have formal responsibility for the development, implementation, or oversight of the secondary master schedule.
Hours: 5-8 hours per week, 175 Days
Hourly Rate: $26.24 - $33.51 per hour DOE
