Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional student enrollment and financial services as the first point of contact for multiple Student Services departments.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, in person, email, and chat, guiding students and the public to solutions.
• Maintain records, provide walk-in advisement, and help students with admissions, registration, and financial aid.
