Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Media Production, Communication, or a closely related field by the start date.
• Evidence of excellence or potential in university-level teaching, including the ability to create engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in Media Production and Communication based on program needs and expertise.
• Develop and update courses and applied projects aligned with industry standards.
• Contribute to student recruitment and retention (e.g., events, showcases).
• Participate in service to department, school, and university beyond teaching duties.
• Maintain currency in technology and pedagogy; teach study-abroad/away courses when needed.
