Overview

St. Norbert College is accepting applications on a continuing basis for instructors qualified to teach a Media Production course. Applicants will be placed in a pool and may be called to teach on an as‑needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver undergraduate level Media Production courses covering core concepts, principles, planning, digital skills, and distribution.
• Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments in alignment with program outcomes.
• Participate in program assessments and contribute to course improvement.
• Maintain professional engagement in the field of media production, ensuring current industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• MA in Communication or a related field; preference for candidates holding a PhD.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in media production, demonstrating currency through work, publications, licensure, or recent presentations.
• Preferred experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
• Strong evidence of teaching effectiveness and professional engagement.

Schedule & Other Information

• Exempt; scheduled weekly hours: 20.
