Seattle University is seeking a Career Engagement Coordinator to support and promote career services for students and recent alumni. You will work across Career Education, Employer Engagement, and leadership to deliver programs, coordinate events, and ensure accessible services.

In this role, you will provide individual and group coaching, assist with resumes and interview preparation, manage communications, and help develop data-driven insights to improve student engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in student services, higher education, or related areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, drop-in, and group career support for students.
• Coordinate programs, workshops, events, and initiatives.
• Draft newsletters and promote Career Engagement services.
• Maintain program calendars, data, and outreach materials.
• Collaborate with Career Education and Employer Engagement teams.
