Job summary

Seattle University seeks a Career Engagement Coordinator to support delivery, coordination, and promotion of career programs for students and recent alumni. You will provide front-line career support, assist with resumes, interviews, networking, and guide students to campus services.

Working with Career Education, Employer Engagement, and leadership, you will help schedule events, manage communications, and maintain data. A bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in student services, higher education, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, drop-in, and group career support for students and alumni.
• Coordinate programs, events, and communications across Career Engagement.
• Develop and distribute newsletters, emails, and promotional content.
• Support implementation of career technology and data tracking.
