Seattle University seeks a Career Engagement Coordinator to support and promote career programs for students and recent alumni. You will provide frontline career guidance, coordinate events, and manage communications across the team.

The role collaborates with Career Education and Employer Engagement to drive strategic initiatives, while maintaining participant data and supporting high-volume periods with professionalism and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in student services, higher education, career services or related area.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; able to develop engaging student communications.
• Strong organization; capable of coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work with diverse communities.

Responsabilités

• Career coaching and student support across disciplines, resumes, interviews, and job searches.
• Coordinate and implement Career Engagement programs, events, and initiatives.
• Draft newsletters, emails, and promotions; support social media and outreach.
• Support data collection and maintenance of program participation and outcomes.
