Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of job development, career services, or agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook; familiarity with student records software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employment development and employer relations activities.
• Coordinates externships and monitors student progress and licensure.
• Supports resume writing, job search strategies, and interview coaching.
• Maintains documentation and supports campus events and graduation activities.
