Qualifications

• Must maintain a 2.0 GPA per semester and cumulatively.
• Students must be enrolled in at least halftime units at CSUSB (6 undergrad; 3 grad).
• International students must have full-time enrollment at CSUSB (12 undergrad; 6 grad).
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Payroll requirement: Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Career Mentoring: Assist staff in one-on-one mentoring with CSUSB students on internships, resumes, interviews, graduate school, and scholarships.
• Reception Check-in and Other Communications: Greet students, assist with appointment setup, and manage inquiries via phone and email.
• Professional Opportunities: Find postings for internships and jobs and add to the center calendar.
• Website Editing: Create and update the Center’s website content.
• Social Media Management: Post content on CAL's social platforms.
• Marketing/Graphic Design: Design flyers and promotional materials for the Center and events.
• Videography/Photography: Take photos and video at Center events.
• Fair Day: Assist with logistics for the Arts & Humanities Career and Internship Fair on April 20, 2027.
• Other: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
