John Jay College of Criminal Justice, through APPLE Corps, seeks a Student Success Coordinator to support the engagement, retention, and academic success of students in the four-year program in New York City. Reporting to the APPLE Corps Program Manager, you will help build community among cohorts, coordinate peer mentorship, and deliver co-curricular programming.

Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) with students, faculty and staff.
Experience in leadership development for urban college students.

Responsabilidades

Support engagement, retention, and academic success of APPLE Corps students.
Build community among cohorts and coordinate peer mentorship.
Develop and deliver student success workshops for peer coaches and APPLE Corps.
Coordinate peer-led outreach to support recruitment and retention.
Provide sophomore-focused advisement and support.
Contribute to co-curricular programming and APPLE Corps events.
Manage program communications and social media presence.
Pursue professional development to stay current with best practices in student engagement and leadership.
