• High school diploma or GED required; plus either 60 college credits in Education, Human Services, or Business Administration, or two years of direct client contact experience in human services.

Responsibilities

• Establishes trusting relationships and serves as point of contact for referred families.
• Works with leadership and school staff to create a welcoming campus culture.
• Educates students and employers about career information and vocational assistance.
• Maintains contact with students, colleges, and community partners to support success.
• Helps students develop soft skills and job-finding skills, and refers to jobs.
• Performs outreach and prepares educational materials for families and community partners.
