The University of New Mexico Valencia Upward Bound Program seeks an Office Assistant to support administrative tasks and program operations serving Valencia County high schools. The role handles calls, data entry, document preparation, file management, and routine errands.

This is a grant-funded position ending 08/31/2027 with potential renewal based on funding. Based from UNM Valencia Campus, work is conducted in person on the Valencia Campus.

Qualifications

• Available to work Saturdays.
• Computer knowledge and skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience working with high school students in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties for the Upward Bound Program.
• Enter data, draft letters, edit and print materials, maintain files and records, and run routine errands.
