Qualifications

• Evidence of enrollment and GPA (unofficial transcript or MyJaxState printout) must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow established record keeping procedures for the Mail Center.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and postal authorities.
• Deliver mail to surrounding buildings on foot.
• Enter student mail into the WTS computer system and parcel lockers.
• Make Cocky Cards (IDs).
• Clean and maintain Mail Center and ID office.
• Open and close procedures to fully operate the Mail Center.
• Perform additional duties as required by the department.
