Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, invites applications for a University Student Aid in the Mail Center. The position handles on-campus mail delivery, student mail entry in the WTS system, and ID card making, while delivering friendly, professional service to students, faculty, staff, and postal authorities.
Applicants must be JSU students enrolled for at least three hours with a minimum GPA of 2.0, and provide enrollment/GPA documentation.
Mail Center
$8.25 per hour (Max 26 hours per week)
The duties of the University Student Aid in the Mail Center are to provide excellent customer service to all visitors, follow established record keeping, deliver mail to surrounding campus buildings on foot, enter student mail into the WTS computer system and into the parcel lockers, make ID Cards, clean and maintain both the mail and ID office, open and closing procedures, and additional duties as required by the department.
Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs.
