Qualifications

• Applicants must be enrolled as a JSU student taking at least three (3) hours per fall or spring semester.
• If not a first-time student, the applicant must have a GPA of 2.00 or higher.
• Selected applicants must provide evidence of student enrollment and GPA (unofficial transcript or printout from MyJSU).

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating the TSC helpdesk by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and troubleshooting support issues.
• Provide technical support for students, faculty, and staff.
• Assist with submitting support tickets, password resets, and other departmental operational needs.
• Perform administrative and other support duties as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Additional duties as required by the department.
