Job summary

University of Alaska's UAS Facilities Services Administrative office is seeking a student assistant. This part-time, hourly position offers flexible hours around class schedules and provides hands-on experience in customer service, office logistics, and operations support on the Juneau campus.

Qualifications

No previous experience is required, training will be provided.
To be eligible for student employment at UAS, a student must be enrolled in the University system with a minimum of six credit hours in the current semester of employment; or for employment between semesters, have completed six UA credit hours in the preceding semester and plan to enroll for six hours in the next semester.
Not work hours which interfere with class attendance; and have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Facilities office to help keep campus functioning.
Assist Facilities crew with support and resources as needed.
Gain hands-on experience in customer service, office logistics, and operations support.
