Job summary

St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN is seeking a Stav Experienced Student Server (WS-NST2) in the Bon Appetit Cafeteria. The position is a student employee role with a wage range of $13.50–$15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one semester of food service experience required.
• Experience with Bon Appetit Mgmt. Co. in Stav Hall preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show initiative in supporting the food service program in Stav Hall.
• Use previous food service experience to support new team members and help them adapt to work environment.
• Set up stations with appropriate utensils and serving pans.
• Compose and plate products according to guests’ desires.
• Restock menu items and other products.
• Assist Bon Appetit staff as needed.
• Keeping work areas clean during service.
• Adhering to all sanitation, cleanliness, and safety guidelines.
