Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Removes trash and assists with loading/unloading supplies.
