Responsibilities

• Responsible for final preparation of all food items in the service area following current standards.
• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Assist in preparation and service of food and beverage items per company standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety (HACCP/OSHA).
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures and delivers items to the main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe environment for residents, staff and self.
