Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a LifeWise vehicle driver to provide safe and reliable transport for public school students to and from the LifeWise site. Candidates should be punctual, responsible, and have a clean driving record.

A mature Christian faith and active church involvement are expected. Requirements include a valid drivers license, CDL-P endorsement for passenger transport when applicable, and a clean driving record with a good history.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and CDL-P endorsement for passenger transport.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault incidents in the past five years.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Age range 210 80 years.
• Annual Physicians Statement for health as needed.
• Compliance with LifeWise Academy policies.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain the bus in safe, clean condition.
• Perform regular inspections and refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce safety rules.
• Assist students entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Volunteer in the LifeWise classroom if approved by the Director.
