Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with at least one year of accounting work experience or an equivalent combination

Responsibilities

• Run and analyze financial reports and schedules.
• Prepare spreadsheets, journal entries, and cash transfers.
• Maintain policies and procedures for student billing.
• Assist students with billing inquiries and explain statements.
• Reconcile accounts receivable for year-end closing.
• Ensure timely payments and issue refunds.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve student inquiries.
