Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; Associate degree accepted with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or student accounts.
• Experience in higher education or career technical schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post incoming funds including financial aid disbursements and third-party sponsorships.
• Manage payment plans, due dates, and follow up on balances.
• Collaborate with third-party collections agencies when needed.
• Process cash and card payments and reconcile daily drawer.
• Review and reconcile student accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain financial records for audits and reporting.
