Job summary

Ramey-Estep / Re-group is seeking a Community Support Associate to supervise students in the Beacon Learning Center, a short-term behavioral health and educational program for elementary students with behavioral needs. You will reinforce interventions, support daily operations, and help maintain a safe, structured environment focused on student success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health, school, or residential settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related apps.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous supervision and support to students during the therapeutic school day.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Reinforce behavioral expectations and social-emotional learning.
• Implement individualized behavioral interventions as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
