Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals using accommodations and modifications as needed.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans and record progress and incidents.
• Implement de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and safe restraint when necessary.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and support development of social/behavioral skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
