Job summary

Qualifications

• Must attend CPI training or equivalent if required.

Responsibilities

• Acts in a professional, respectful, and welcoming manner at all times.
• Assists administrators and staff with safety and monitoring of students.
• Uses data to inform decisions aimed at improving behavior and achievement.
• Develops and implements Behavior Improvement Plans (BIP).
• Collaborates with staff to support school mission and discipline policies.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethics in education.
