Qualifications

• Flexible & team-oriented approach.
• 2-3 years of barista experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Punctuality and adherence to attendance policy.
• Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Genuine quality customer service to patrons.
• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
• Ring up guests at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean working environment and assist the team with cleaning duties.
• Support other team members as needed and perform additional duties.
