Job summary

Genuine Foods is hiring a full-time Cashier/Barista to greet customers, craft drinks with care, and handle checkout with accuracy while upholding food safety standards and Genuine values.

The role requires 1 year of food or customer service experience, a positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team; you must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food or customer service experience in a mid-high volume facility or restaurant.
• Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to all clientele by greeting customers and thanking them.
• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
• Ring out guests at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure food safety standards are being followed.
• Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with cleaning duties.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned; be flexible & team-oriented.
