Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a hospitality-driven Barista to manage the coffee bar and craft specialty beverages for students, staff, and guests. You will keep the beverage area spotless, stocked, and welcoming, while collaborating with the culinary team on daily dining operations and occasional cashiering and dining room duties.

The role requires 1–2 years of barista or campus dining experience, high school diploma preferred, and ability to obtain relevant sanitation licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and answer menu questions.
