ABOUT THIS POSITION

This is a part-time student barista position to work 10-12 hours a week covering staff lunch breaks. Our Baristas connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it's about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.


• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.


• Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.


• Ensure food safety standards are being followed.


• Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.


• Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties.


• Assist other team members as needed.


• Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be flexible & team-oriented!


• 2-3 years of experience as a barista is preferred.
