Responsibilities

• Function as a child advocate to promote attendance and success.
• Establish and participate in Community Support Team meetings.
• Identify at-risk students and coordinate MTSS-related interventions.
• Provide case management, follow-up and family feedback.
• Collaborate with counselors to develop prevention/empowerment activities.
