Qualifications

• Two years of secretarial/clerical experience with record keeping or statistical work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in preparing and organizing written materials and records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student attendance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare state and legal documents, notices, and reports.
• Coordinate field trips and maintain attendance records for audit trails.
• Respond to inquiries from administrators, parents, students, and staff.
