Job summary

Masters Academy International (MAI) seeks a Substitute Educator to ensure continuity of learning for grades 6–12. You will implement lesson plans, support individual and small-group sessions, and maintain a challenging but supportive classroom environment aligned with MAI's academic and athletic rigor.

This role may also involve coverage as a Residential House Parent, supervising dormitory routines and evening/overnight activities to support student-athlete well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Youth Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a classroom teacher or substitute; boarding school or residential life experience preferred.
• Experience leading middle/high school classrooms and mentoring student-athletes; able to support in dorm environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement established lesson plans for grades 6–12.
• Facilitate small-group learning and academic coursework.
• Possibly serve as Residential House Parent for evening/weekend coverage.
