Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Youth Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a classroom teacher or substitute teacher; boarding school or residential life experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading middle and high school classrooms (grades 6–12); ability to teach diverse subjects.
• Knowledge of schedules, academic workloads, and the needs of student-athletes balancing academics and athletics; experience with behavior management and dorm safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instructional continuity for grades 6–12 by implementing established lesson plans.
• Facilitate small-group and individual learning; support academic coursework and use of technology tools.
• Possibly serve as Residential House Parent to supervise dorm routines, evening study hours, and weekend activities.
• Foster a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment focused on student-athlete growth and well-being.
